China Lights is the perfect go-to celebration destination!


Our restaurant can host gatherings of all sizes for any occasion with a capacity of over 250 seats! The unique interior design of our restaurant gives our customers a fine dining experience they can enjoy. We have a private vip room that can accommodate small meetings to a banquet room designed for large groups.


Private Room

We offer a stylish VIP room that is ideal for business meetings or small groups. It is wonderfully furnished with precious antiques with hand made silver ware, and holds up to a party of 20.


Large Groups

China Lights Oriental Cuisine in Anchorage is perfect for birthday parties, wedding banquets, and Christmas parties with an extremely elegant party room that accommodates approximately 120 people.

We also have an extensive catering service that often caters for local school events and in-house parties.

Hosting your event with us.

Reservations are recommended for a party with 10 or more.

We highly recommended making a reservation in advance so we can accommodate your party and ensure we provide your group with an excellent dine-in experience.

This does not include a private room or banquet room unless requested. Will will reserve seating for your party in the main area.


There is a 10% gratuity for a group of 8 to 10 people and 15 % for groups of more than 10.

Banquet Room(s) Minimums & Deposit

There is no fee for use of the banquet rooms for the first two hours as long as the party meets the minimum purchase requirement.


Banquet Room E: $35 buffet min.

Banquet Room F: $45 buffet min. 


Parties that exceed the 2-hour reservation period, will be charged $100 per hour.


There is a 15% gratuity (this also applies to separate checks).

A deposit of $50 will secure your space and it will be applied to your total balance.

Private & Banquet Room(s) Decorations

We welcome our guests to bring in their own decorations but to also please be mindful when decorating.


  • Nails are not allowed to use on walls.

  • Tape is permissive and must be removed after.

  • No pinata or glitters decorations as they are extremely hard to clean.


An additional cleaning fee may incur for any parties that may require an extensive amount of cleaning.
